Minimalism Purge: Flashlight Bracket without a Flashlight: 11 of 365

 Flashlight Bracket

plastic flashlight wall mounting bracket
I used to have this really cool flashlight. It had a hand crank. You could wind it up like an old phone or one of those field radios you'd see in black and white war movies. I loved that flashlight, not because it was practical, but because it generated electricity without batteries.

...Because flashlight batteries are always dead or corroded when you need them.

Anyway, a few years ago I dropped the flashlight and its guts spilled out of the broken casing. I tried to fix it, but it was too far gone, poor thing.

So, why do I still have the bracket that affixed it to the wall?
